Trouble logging in? Here are solutions to common account problems.
Forgot Your Password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Reset Email Not Arriving?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the right email
- Add [email protected] to your contacts
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact support if still not arriving
Wrong Password
Getting "incorrect password" errors?
- Double-check for typos
- Check caps lock isn't on
- Try copy-pasting from a password manager
- Use password reset if unsure
Account Locked
Too many failed login attempts can lock your account.
What to do:
- Wait 30 minutes, then try again
- Or use password reset immediately
- Reset unlocks your account with a new password
Email Address Issues
Don't Remember Which Email?
Think about:
- Work vs personal email
- Which email received Welcome messages before
- Try both addresses
Changed Email Providers?
If you no longer have access to your email:
- Contact support with verification details
- You may need to prove account ownership
Two Devices, Same Account
You can log in from multiple devices:
- Desktop and phone simultaneously
- Different browsers
- No conflicts
If you're logged out unexpectedly:
- Session may have expired
- Someone may have changed the password
- Check for browser updates/issues

Some features require verified email:
- Check for verification email in your inbox
- Click the verification link
- If missing, request a new verification email
