Trouble logging in? Here are solutions to common account problems.

Forgot Your Password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password
  6. Log in with your new password

Reset Email Not Arriving?

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the right email
  • Add [email protected] to your contacts
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact support if still not arriving

Wrong Password

Getting "incorrect password" errors?

  • Double-check for typos
  • Check caps lock isn't on
  • Try copy-pasting from a password manager
  • Use password reset if unsure

Account Locked

Too many failed login attempts can lock your account.

What to do:

  • Wait 30 minutes, then try again
  • Or use password reset immediately
  • Reset unlocks your account with a new password

Email Address Issues

Don't Remember Which Email?

Think about:

  • Work vs personal email
  • Which email received Welcome messages before
  • Try both addresses

Changed Email Providers?

If you no longer have access to your email:

Two Devices, Same Account

You can log in from multiple devices:

  • Desktop and phone simultaneously

  1. Check for verification email in your inbox
