Create an event to share what's happening at your restaurant.

Creating Your First Event

  1. Go to Events from your dashboard
  2. Click Create Event or New Event
  3. Fill in the details (see below)
  4. Click Publish (or save as draft)

Event Details

Title (Required)

Clear, attention-grabbing name:

  • "Live Jazz with The Blue Notes"
  • "Valentine's Day Prix Fixe Dinner"
  • "Trivia Tuesday"

Date and Time (Required)

When it happens:

  • Start date and time
  • End time (optional but helpful)
  • For multi-day events, see recurring events

Description (Required)

What people need to know:

  • What's happening
  • Why they should come
  • Any special offers or pricing
  • Reservations needed?

A compelling photo draws attention. Use:

  • Band/performer photos
  • Food shots for dining events
  • Festive imagery for holidays

Location

Which of your locations hosts this event? Important for multi-location businesses.

Writing a Great Description

Hook them, inform them, prompt action:

Join us this Friday from 7-10pm for smooth jazz with The Blue Notes. Enjoy our full dinner menu and specialty cocktails while the music plays.
