Managing Payment Methods
Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.
Viewing Payment Methods
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find Payment Methods section
- See your saved cards
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV
- Billing ZIP code
- Click Save

Accepted Payment Types
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Debit cards with card network logos
Updating a Payment Method
Card expired or got a new one?
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click Edit on the card
- Update the details
- Save
Or add a new card and remove the old one.
Setting a Default Payment Method
If you have multiple cards:
- Go to Payment Methods
- Find the card you want as default
- Click Make Default
The default card is charged for renewals.
Removing a Payment Method
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click Remove on the card
- Confirm removal
Note: You can't remove your only payment method while on a paid plan.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- Welcome will retry the charge
- Update your payment method if needed
- Contact your bank if the card should work
Avoiding Service Interruption
Keep cards updated:
- Before expiration dates
- After getting replacement cards
- If card numbers change
Payment Security
- Card data is encrypted
- We use Stripe for secure processing
- We never store full card numbers
- PCI compliant
Common Questions
Can I pay with PayPal?
Currently, we accept credit and debit cards only.
Can I use a prepaid card?
Some prepaid cards work if they carry a major card network logo.
My payment failed but my card is fine. What's wrong?
Contact your bank—they may have blocked the charge. Also verify the billing address matches your card.
Can I have multiple payment methods?
Yes—add as many as you like. Set one as default for billing.
