We're sorry to see you go. Here's how cancellation works.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Find Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan
  3. Select a reason (helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Your cancellation is processed immediately.

What Happens After Cancellation

Immediate Effects

  • Cancellation is confirmed
  • No future charges will occur

Until Your Billing Period Ends

  • You keep full access to all features
  • Your website stays live
  • Everything works normally

After Your Billing Period Ends

  • Website goes offline or shows limited version
  • Admin access becomes read-only
  • Your data is retained (see below)

Data Retention

After cancellation:

  • Your data is kept for 90 days
  • You can reactivate and pick up where you left off
  • After 90 days, data may be deleted

Exporting Before Cancelling

If you want your data:

  1. Download any content you need (images, text)
  2. Export what you can before cancelling
  3. Note important information

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? Reactivate anytime within 90 days:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Billing
  3. Choose a plan
  4. Complete payment
  5. Everything is restored

Refunds

Monthly Plans

No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the period ends.

Annual Plans

Contact support within 30 days of annual payment for the money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refunds but access continues until the annual period ends.
