Viewing Invoices

Keep track of your payments and download invoices for your records.

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Find Billing History or Invoices
  3. See a list of all past charges

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Date of charge
  • Amount paid
  • Plan/service billed
  • Payment method used
  • Invoice number

Downloading an Invoice

  1. Find the invoice in your billing history
  2. Click Download or View
  3. A PDF invoice downloads or opens

Save these for:

  • Expense reports
  • Tax records
  • Accounting

Invoice Contents

Your invoice PDF includes:

  • Your business name and address
  • Welcome's billing information
  • Itemized charges
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Total paid
  • Payment confirmation

Upcoming Charges

See what you'll be billed next:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Find Upcoming or Next Invoice
  3. See the amount and date

This helps you prepare for billing.

Billing Notifications

You'll receive email notifications for:

  • Successful payments (receipt)
  • Failed payments (action needed)
  • Upcoming renewal reminders
  • Plan changes

Check your email settings if you're not receiving these.

Common Questions

Can I get invoices emailed automatically?

Receipts are emailed after each successful payment. For additional copies, download from billing history.

How far back can I see invoices?

Your complete billing history is available for as long as you've been a customer.

I need a different billing address on invoices.

Update your billing address in Settings > Billing > Billing Address.

Can I get a receipt for a specific transaction?

Yes—find the transaction in billing history and download its invoice.

Invoices for tax purposes?

Download invoices from your billing history. They include the information needed for business expense records.
