Viewing Analytics
- Go to Welcome Card
- Click Analytics or view the stats panel
- See your card's performance

Key Metrics
Total Views
How many times your card has been viewed. Higher is better—it means more people are seeing your info.
Recent Views
Views in the last 7 or 30 days. Tracks recent activity.
Views Over Time
A chart showing daily/weekly views. Look for:
- Spikes after sharing
- Trends up or down
- Impact of promotions
Traffic Sources
See where views come from:
- Direct: People typed the URL or used a saved link
- Social: Came from Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- QR Code: Scanned a QR code
- Referral: Clicked from another website
This shows which sharing methods work best.
Using Analytics
High Views
Your sharing is working! Keep it up. Note what channels drive the most traffic.
Low Views
Time to share more:
- Post your link on social media
- Add it to your email signature
- Create QR codes for physical locations
- Ask staff to share
Sudden Spike
Something worked! Figure out what:
- Did you share somewhere new?
- Did someone else share your card?
- Was there a local event?
Replicate what worked.
Declining Views
Re-energize your sharing:
- Share again on social media
- Update your card to refresh interest
- Try new channels
