Location Settings

Each location has its own settings for contact info, display options, and more.

Accessing Location Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Locations
  2. Click on a location
  3. View and edit settings

Basic Information

Location Name

How this location appears to customers:

  • "Downtown"
  • "Main Street Location"
  • "Austin - South Congress"

Address

Full street address. Be complete for accurate maps:

123 Main Street
Suite 100
Austin, TX 78701

Phone Number

Direct number for this location. Customers tap to call.

Email

Location-specific email for inquiries (optional).

Display Settings

Visibility

Toggle whether this location appears on your website. Useful for:

  • Locations not yet open
  • Seasonal locations
  • Temporarily closed spots

Order

Where this location appears in lists when you have multiple locations.

Regional Settings

Timezone

Ensure hours display correctly:

  • America/New_York
  • America/Chicago
  • America/Los_Angeles
  • etc.

Wrong timezone = confused customers.

Currency

If operating in different regions with different currencies.

Saving Changes

Click Save after making changes. Updates appear immediately on your website.

Common Questions

Can I temporarily hide a location?

Yes—toggle visibility off. The location stays configured but doesn't appear publicly.

What if all my locations share the same phone number?

Use the same number for each. Or use the main business number and leave location phone blank.

How do I delete a location?

Find the delete option in location settings. Be careful—this removes the location and its specific content.
