Managing Multiple Businesses

If you manage more than one restaurant or business, you can access all of them from a single Welcome account.

How Multiple Businesses Work

• One login for all your businesses
• Each business is separate (own menus, website, settings)
• Switch between them without logging out
• Get invited to other businesses by their owners

Switching Between Businesses

1. Look for the business switcher (usually top-right or in navigation)
2. Click your current business name
3. See a list of all businesses you can access
4. Click to switch

You're now working in the selected business.

Being Invited to a Business

When someone invites you to their business:

1. You receive an email invitation
2. Click to accept
3. That business appears in your switcher
4. You can now access it with your role

You don't need a new account—it's added to your existing login.

Creating a New Business

Starting another restaurant?

1. Go to your business switcher
2. Look for Add Business or Create New
3. Follow the setup wizard
4. Your new business is ready

Each business has its own subscription.

Roles Across Businesses

Your role can differ per business:

• Owner at your own restaurant
• Manager at a friend's place
• Staff at a part-time gig

Switching businesses switches your permissions too.

Leaving a Business

To remove yourself from a business you were invited to:

1. Go to that business
2. Navigate to Settings > Team (or ask the owner)
3. Remove yourself, or ask to be removed

You can't "leave" a business you own—transfer ownership first.

Independent Businesses

Each business is completely separate:

• Separate menus and website
• Separate team members
• Separate billing
• No shared data

Switching businesses is like logging into a different account, but faster.

Common Questions

Do I need separate logins for each business?

No—one login accesses all businesses you're part of.

Can I copy content between businesses?

Not directly. Each business's content is independent.

How many businesses can I be part of?

No strict limit. As many as you're invited to or create.

What if I accidentally switch to the wrong business?

Just switch back. No changes are made by switching alone.
